Hayden Morris

Owner, General Contractor

A San Diego native, Hayden Morris grew up in the construction business watching his father develop large specialty shopping centers, custom homes, and water parks throughout Southern California. Growing up in the business, he built a love of craftsmanship and quality construction.

After graduating college at the Fashion Institution of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hayden moved to Napa to learn the family business. Prior to getting his CA Contractor’s license, he also worked as a finished carpenter for Eames Construction gaining valuable experience doing finish work on large custom homes and wineries throughout the Napa Valley. In 2012, he decided to launch Hayden Morris Development. When combining his passion for building and running his own business, he has never looked back.  When he is not working, Hayden spends most of his time with his wife, Quinn, and kids, Liam and Lola. They enjoy traveling, gardening, camping and on occasion working on his own house.

Quinn Morris

Operations, Office & Project Manager

Quinn, also from San Diego, graduated from UCSB with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Management, she moved to San Francisco where she built her career foundation at CBS in sales, online and event marketing, business development, and branded advertising.  After seven years in corporate America she followed her heart and moved to the Napa Valley to focus on what truly makes her happy—family and her love for cooking and fine wines.

In 2012, she partnered with Hayden to start Hayden Morris Development. As an Operations and Office Manager she is manages the day to day operations and accounting for all projects. Including customer relations, contracts, subcontracts, payroll, systems, software, marketing and some design. She is a key factor in enabling HMD to run smoothly and coordinate time, labor, materials, and subcontractors for many jobs at once.  In her spare time, you can find her entertaining friends, cooking, and spending time with her family.
